Our partner is seeking a Travel Advisor (Account Specialist III) for a remote position based in St. Louis, MO. This role involves supporting internal and external customers with travel-related inquiries and complex situations, emphasizing problem-solving and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues, focusing on short-term and long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, learn, and provide timely resolutions while maintaining a high regard for accuracy.
- Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures, supporting various online booking tools and multiple websites.
- Negotiate with vendors and external customers to achieve acceptable resolutions, including loyalty points, redemptions, and fee waivers.
- Maintain high levels of call quality, ensuring confidentiality, and promptly informing the supervisor of significant matters.
- Assist other Travel Advisors in real-time with traveler policies and booking applications, providing coaching, and updating tracking databases.
- Project professional energy and enthusiasm, fostering positive working relationships with internal and external customers and departments.
Shift/Schedule Information:
- Work schedules vary, including evenings and weekends. Training hours may differ from regular hours.
