Your mission

• Spearhead the development of our data science strategy and define business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and patterns from large datasets.
• Design, develop, and implement predictive models to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Develop a framework for content classification and prediction of content relevance for users and collaborate with software and machine learning engineers to deploy models into production environments.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Share knowledge with your team and take an active role in team professionalization.

Your profile

• You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• You are driven by curiosity and willing to make a difference by providing insights that guide business decisions.
• You’re solution-oriented and a creative problem solver.
• You have a strong knowledge in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• You have experience designing, developing and optimizing recommender systems.
• You’re proficient in SQL and have solid knowledge of programming languages (preferably Python), with experience in data wrangling/manipulation and modeling libraries.
• You can effectively communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner using data visualization.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• You have experience mentoring more junior team members or would like to do so.
• Experience in deploying machine learning algorithms to production environments and knowledge of infrastructure technology are a plus.
