About the Role
This role is located in Mexico and is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT solutions that address specific business needs for Financial Services Customers. Their responsibilities include project management, team leadership (Project Team), quality control, client communication, risk management, budget management, schedule planning, resource management and process improvement. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while maintaining client satisfaction through effective collaboration with various teams. The ideal IT Delivery Manager is proficient in the Banking and Insurance Industry and technology savvy, preferably in SAP products.
