As we gear up for our next phase of growth, we are looking for a new Customer Success Manager:in (f/m/d) to take care of our customers.

Your mission!

  • Onboarding: You have a keen sense of our customers' needs, guide them through the onboarding process, and help them maximize their use of plancraft.
  • Customer Care: You are the face of plancraft for our users, their direct contact, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Turning Users into Fans: You proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Account Management: You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring these chances are effectively utilized.
  • Success Content: You create content on best practices and workflows, empowering customers to progress independently.
  • Webinars and Meetings: You hold webinars and customer meetings to provide further guidance, training, and support.
  • Process Design: We've always done it this way isn't your style? Great! Develop systems and processes that help prioritize and make us more efficient.
  • Improving plancraft: You analyze customer feedback, derive actions from it, and work cross-functionally on ideas.
  • KPI Monitoring: You continuously monitor key performance indicators to ensure goal-oriented work and measure the success of your work. Salary The salary for this position is between €40,000 and €60,000 per year, depending on your experience.

Your profile

  • A commercial apprenticeship and initial experience in customer service or
  • A degree in business administration/economics, (business) psychology, industrial engineering, or a similar field
  • Enjoy daily contact with different people and helping others makes you happy
  • High level of empathy and always a smile on your face
  • Entrepreneurial, independent thinking and acting, strong communication skills, self-confident appearance
  • Experience with web applications #Cloud, especially CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and project management (Asana, Notion, etc.)
