Right now, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager (Marketing Team) join our team!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage effective communications to leadership and across teams to ensure accountability and timeline management.
  • Define and align on success criteria.
  • Regularly assess risks and opportunities.
  • Quickly learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage engineering deliverables of major product launches from conceptualization, product build, and validation to launch.
  • Responsible for proactive identification of technical dependencies, and ensuring dependencies are tracked and managed in project plan.
  • Proactive identification and quantification of risks.
  • Spearhead development of mitigation plans with cross functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with managing large technology migrations, running parallel tracks with high visibility with leadership.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Salesforce: For managing customer relationships, tracking interactions, and sales automation.
    • HubSpot CRM: For inbound marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • BA/BS degree, 8 years technical project management experience or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with teams having different operating cadences.
  • Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership, leading data driven analyses, and influencing results.
  • Experience developing processes where little exists, and demonstrated flexibility to get things done.
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
  • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced Level of English.

Additional Details:

  • Focus on partnering with our Marketing partners on our Marketing landing pages.
  • Our Marketing and Creative teams work with our Eng teams to create custom landing pages. There is often a lot of animation involved and lots and lots of iterations with the creative team.
  • The candidate would have experience working in a startup where they can be flexible and dynamic but still ensure that important engineering timelines and best practices are upheld.
    The TPM would be on the Eng Team but partnering closely with Creative.
  • Looking for someone with a classic TPM background who has experience working in partnership with Eng projects for 8+ years experience.
  • TPMs are responsible for keeping the big picture in mind while also being able to focus on the details and solve unique challenges.
  • Seasoned, able to chart a path in ambiguity, sound technical understanding, these are all for our product facing roles, high visibility, multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee technical software projects as well as be politically savvy to effectively interact and influence cross functional partners from product and design.
