We are seeking a Rooms Director to oversee and elevate our Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments.

Job Overview:

The Rooms Director is responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the Front Desk, Reservations, Guest Services, and Housekeeping areas. This is an opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead and mentor a dedicated team in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and maintained.
• Monitor department budgets and manage expenses effectively.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure high levels of teamwork, guest service, and operational excellence.
• Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards.
• Produce regular reports on departmental performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the property.
