Position SummaryAs a principal engineer in the platform team you will develop a broad understanding of the current security landscape. Contribute directly to the team’s velocity by writing code
Work with your Principal and Distinguished engineer colleagues on an ML roadmap
Mentor and coach other Engineers
10+ years experience building production software systems
Experience building, integrating and deploying ML models in production environments
Must be based remotely in US or Canada. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
Ruby/Rails experience
Experience with Computer Security from a red team and/or blue team perspective
Experience with ML Ops pipelines for continuous evaluation, improvement and deployment

Tier A: $215k-$255k
Tier B: $194k-$243k
Tier C: $183k-$229k
Canada: $200k-$250k CAD
