We are hiring for a Full Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist for our private Physical Therapy office in Winchester, VA.
Join our team as a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, an orthopedic outpatient practice located in Winchester, VA. We are looking for a committed and experienced Physical Therapist to help our patients restore motion and function at their personal best. By maximizing the quality of life and movement potential, you will contribute to the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation of our patients.
You will work with many athletes and patients who need PT for strength and balance.
We mainly treat commercial insurance patients and private pay patients.
As a valuable member of our team, you will join two other physical therapists and contribute to providing high-quality care for our patients. We primarily work with private medical insurance carriers and have a state-of-the-art 5000 square feet sports medicine facility.
Work Schedule: M-F 9-5 pm Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet patients' goals and needs 1 on 1
- You will see 1 patient every 40 minutes
- Provide cost-effective treatments to improve clients' motion and mobility
- Reduce the need for medications and offer alternatives to surgery
- Develop care plans using various treatment techniques
- Create tailored fitness and wellness programs for patients
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment to optimize functioning
- Promote healthy lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult and collaborate with other health professionals
- Evaluate progress and communicate effectively with patients
- Document patient care services accurately
