Duties and Role:

At duty location, the System Support Engineer will perform their duties as follows:

• Manage and optimize Azure virtualization environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain Azure automation solutions for efficient system management.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMware ESX/ESXi servers.
• Optimize VMware environments for performance and scalability.
• Administer various storage solutions (local or Azure), focusing on efficiency and data security.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Conduct regular system administration tasks, leveraging automation for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, providing in-depth analysis and solutions.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality in system deployments and updates.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation.
• Actively collaborate with team members, sharing expertise and insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in cloud computing, virtualization, and automation.
