Overview: This team member will contribute to daily doughnut production and ensure that doughnuts are made according to procedure and quality standards. Bakery Team Members will cross-train across all shifts to learn and understand the full scope of daily doughnut production.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Please read and follow recipes to accurately measure and mix ingredients to produce our delicious doughnuts.
- Use weight measurement equipment accurately and consistently for the precise scaling of dough.
- Responsible for the consistent rolling and cutting of all doughnuts.
- Responsible for quality-checking dough formed and cut.
- Consistently scale and prep all fillings and toppings.
- Fry and finish doughnuts with uniform consistency. Box and prep daily doughnut orders to ship to all retail locations.Box and prep special orders to ship to associated retail locations. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of the products made.
- Like all team members, you will also be responsible for kitchen and workspace cleanliness.
Schedule: This shift runs 7 AM-3 PM TUESDAY-SATURDAY. Your schedule will depend on availability, but you should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (according to business demand).
Wage: $18/hr or commensurate with experience
