Binance is in search of a Swag Manager with a keen eye for detail and a cooperative mindset. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from ideation to production coordination and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Promotional Merchandise Planning and Management - support the organization’s seasonal swag requirements from ideation to realization.
  • Design and Branding – work closely with the Creative team for the swag design, ensuring the marketing objectives and brand guidelines are adhered to.
  • Procurement Support - coordinate with internal administrative and procurement teams for vendor sourcing and sampling, contracting and budget management.
  • Production Management - oversee the manufacturing of merchandise items, ensuring they meet quality standards and are produced efficiently within a set timeline.
  • Order fulfillment - maintain an organized swag request collection and approval tracker, develop and implement logistics plan to streamline delivery operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Inventory and Budget Control - track stock levels, arrange restocking based on marketing requirements within budget.


  • Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and collaborative spirit are essential to the success of this role.
  • Strong organizational and effective communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration.
  • Have a good understanding about marketing and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms).
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage to support internal and external logistics and processes.
  • Experience with international logistics or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
